This company will tell you one thing about their policies and not honour it once you bring it up to their attention. The error was the staff fault but the company will not honour the principle of what was offered by the staff member.
They will do everything in their power to make sure the customer is not happy and ripped off! They will keep your money and not do anything about anything for you! The company is not losing anything extra due to the staff error.
Company will not comply even when the BBB was brought in. This is not good business practice at all.
